Successful Yoga Classes with Aideen Return
When Aideen ran her first series of Yoga Classes, the uptake was so good, she had to add an extra time. Get Your Pup At Heel With Our New Dog Training Classes
We are delighted to have Elaine Power, who is a professional dog trainer and behaviourist, as well as a qualified Veterinary Nurse, starting a 4 week Dog Training Course at the OpenDoor Complex starting on Thursday 7th April 2022. With more and more of us with dogs at home, it can be a bit daunting to get them to follow basic commands or to stop chewing the future! Bring a Buddy Community walk/run
Enjoy Active group @The OpenDoor Complex are organising a weekly Bring a Buddy Community walk/run every Saturday 10:00am, Starting on Saturday 5th February at the Drumanee Football Grounds.Bring a Buddy – Encourage a neighbour, friend, carer, Grannie or Grandad to come out for a catch up with friends & neighbours for some fresh air and change of scenery. New Gardening Class Starting Soon!
Our latest gardening class is starting on Wednesday 2nd February at 10am in the OpenDoor Complex. The first class is making bird feeders! Every garden needs a bird feeder in order to support our local birds, which is essential for our countryside biosphere. The class is free, but a donation box is available, and we would love everyone to stay afterwards for a cup of tea and some craic. New Exercise Class for Elderly and Retired
The OpenDoor Complex has a great new light exercise class starting on Monday 31st January 2022 at 10:30am. The class is open to anyone but it is particularly of benefit to elderly or retired people who want to get some gentle exercise to keep those joints and muscles supple. We all know the importance of exercise and particularly as we age, our bodies benefit massively from keeping moving, so we are delighted that Catherine is hosting this class for us. It will be every Monday morning in the OpenDoor Complex. There is no fee for the class but there is a donation box available.
