Greek Style Yoghurt as quite mild in comparison to others, it has a thick consistency and so creamy making it a real luxurious addition to your fridge. It is a totally natural product containing just our Milk and Culture, there is no added sugar and no other additives or preservatives.
Our Yoghurt is a LIVE yoghurt as the culture is added after pasteurisation which means it is packed full of friendly bacteria therefore so good for your gut.

Our milk is as close to how nature intended it to be, it is:
- Gently Pasteurised,
- Non-Homogenised,
- Non-Standardised
- Smooth

We process our milk differently to the larger creameries. We gently pasteurise our milk which means we heat it to 63°C for 30 minutes which is a lower temperature for longer. In comparison, the larger creameries process their milk at 72°C for 15 seconds, known as flash pasteurisation.
Larger creameries also homogenise milk, this involves milk being pumped through small openings under very high pressure. The aim of this is to reduce the size of the fat globule into minuscule portions so that it is dispersed evenly through the milk. This then means that the cream within the milk will not rise to the top as it has been broken down.
Our milk has also not been standardised. Standardisation means that all the fat is removed from the milk then gradually fed back in to a certain percentage (3.7% fat). Our milk is usually between 4.0-4.5% Fat depending on the time of year.
