- Shape: Oval to slightly round and uniform in size
- Texture: Fluffy yet creamy, with a beautiful earthy taste
🍽️ Culinary Uses
Roosters are true all-rounders:
- Boiling (with skins on)
- Mashing
- Roasting

- Steaming
They’re especially popular for making chips and roasties thanks to their floury texture.

- A cross between Pentland Ivory and a variety known as OP 2532/64
