🌱 Appearance & Texture

  • Shape: Oval to round tubers
  • Skin: Smooth, light-buff or white
  • Flesh: Creamy white or pale yellow
  • Texture: Floury, making them ideal for roasting, baking, and chipping

  • Excellent for frying—they produce a superb golden fry color
  • Great for potato chips (crisps) and other processed products
