Pilates Classes
Class: Pilates With Catherine.
When: Mondays at 7pm.
Duration: 50 minutes.
Starting: 17th January 2022.
Cost: 6 weeks for £48. Booking essential.
Ability Level: Beginners and experienced.

My name is Catherine I am a physiotherapist and APPI trained pilates instructor. I work in Musgrave Park Hospital in Belfast predominantly with patients following elective orthopaedic surgery and following fractures.
I have been teaching pilates for about 4 years now and I love it as a form of exercise for all stages of life!
I look forward to meeting you at one of the mixed level classes where we will enjoy a range of exercises to help stretch and strengthen you at a level suitable for you!
