I’m Rebecca McErlean, a Primary School teacher from Bellaghy. I’ve been a TCRG teaching Irish dancing for the past 5 years. I have danced since the age of 3 and it continues to be a huge part of my life. I enjoyed a successful competitive dancing career for 20 years with my biggest dream coming true when I became the U18 All-Ireland & International Champion in 2011. It took me a long time to get there, but I did it!!
Although I dearly miss my own dancing days, I love the teaching side of dancing; watching wee beginners transform into strong, advanced dancers.
Classes cater for fun, fitness and/or feising. Dancers also have the opportunity to sit Grade examinations. I am Access NI checked and fully insured. Classes are suitable for boys & girls aged 3+ and follow strict social distancing and sanitising.
